Women's Auxiliary

Come and be apart of Vacation Bible School July 28th - 30th at 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm.

"I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

In like manner also, that Women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with braided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works."  (I Timothy 2:9-10)

Mission Statement

The mission of the Women's Auxiliary is to support the ministry of the Progressive Church as it proclaims apostolic principles to meet the diverse cultural and social needs of all sisters through a variety of educational programs.

"Greetings" from the Florence Women's Auxiliary Board. We are grateful to God for our place in the Ministry. We strive daily to live up to our MOTTO and are working faithfully in our various positions. Some are praying daily for the up-building of the church. We are taught how to be sober and love our husbands, and to love our children. Single women also are taught how to be godly women of respect and purity. We share many other Spiritual Growth topics.

The Women have a vital role in the overall function of the local ministry under the direction of our Pastor. Some of our active committees are:

Every fourth Sunday evening service is designated as local Women Auxiliary Service. You are cordially invited to come and worship with us. Not only on fourth Sunday but to any of our services.
